Feel Good
Friday, May 26th, 2006I’m determined to feel good. And Take The Lead is just the movie to help. This has to be one of the best-made feel-good-movies in years! I love it!

When we live we want to live
When we’re sick, we’re hoping
When we’re sad, we’re waiting
When we’re dead, we’re resting
Even if we’re realistic, we’re always optimistic
Even if we’re seeing clear, we wish we wouldn’t
Even if we know it’s for the best, we don’t believe
Even if we want to be distracted, we can’t stop remembering
Dear S*****
you’ll always stay with me
you’ll always be dear to me
you’ll always be remembered
you’ll always be loved
We wish things had turned out different
We have each other for comfort
We know we’ve done everything
We know but we feel and we’ll give ourselves time
… isn’t that easy! When I feel better and others don’t I immediately feel guilty. Well, time heals wounds, as harsh as it sounds it IS true. And words seem inappropriate for expressing what happened and what we feel. I once again turn to movies.
Current favs Kal Ho Naa Ho (Movie), Goodbye Alice in Wonderland (Album), Bring en Hei - soccer song (Song), D***** (Crush), Anna Paquin - Cannes (Hottie)
Nothing prepares you for tragedy! Never have I thought I’d have to again see someone close to me fall to pieces due to a nervous breakdown. I did however and in many a way it is far more tragic than last time.
Isn’t it amazing what a disctinctive voice can do for a man? I mean, just think Richard Armitage or Matthew Macfadyen as examples. But when you meet a man in real life and hear him talk for 20 minutes and you’re in the same room and he has just the most adorable voice, a something special you can’t quite put your finger on - what do you do to stop swooning? Especially if this happens every time you see/hear him. With me it has been 4 times over the course of 1,5 years…..
