I watched ‘La Guerre dans le Haut Pays’ - avec Marion Cotillard. It’s amazing that a Swiss film, partially shot in the German-speaking region, isn’t known better by the general public here in the German speaking region. I was very excited about the film, also because another shooting location is close to where I once used to live, but it is quite slow. I did enjoy however the topics it deals with. It’s a shame that the Bernese people in the film talk like Germans. I, as a person living in Bern, see this as a huge flaw…
