Thunderstorm

There are torrents of rain coming down at the moment, as well as a big thunderstorm going on. Look at the sheep in front of my window! I’ve watched them for at least 10 minutes now and that’s all they’re doing!!! Occasionally, one’d maybe take a few steps, but then again all of them just freeze. Kind of scary.

Yeah, we had heavy rain/thunderstorms the other day too, with more on the way (!!)
But, I gotta say; how cool is it that you have sheep OUTSIDE your window? 
I have nosey neighbours, barking (noisy) dogs and a fence outside mine - with the saving grace of a mature hedge and trees on the perimeter… heh!
Saw some scary pics of UK under water in the news. I hope the situation wasn’t too bad where you live?!
Yeah, sheep are nice. Just their bells can get a bit annoying. I don’t know why they need to wear them, after all they’re in the middle of ‘urban’ civilization and whenever they move they make a sound. But I’ve become so used to hearing them they aren’t bothering me anymore.
I’ve also got birds under my window - one of my neighbour family has some on their balcony. But they’re not the annoying sort (who only *chirp* and make the same noise over and over again) I really enjoy hearing them sing 
Considering I live in a block of flats with about 40 apartments it’s really quiet - I’m really lucky I don’t have noisy neighbours etc.
